Summary

Ming Balintong was Frank Chinn's nephew and the son of Frank’s sister Dorothy 'Biddy' (Tue Foang) Chinn. He later worked in the Chinn brothers fruit and vegetable business at the Victoria Market. He married Anne Hutchens on 10 June 1972.
