Summary

Frank Tock was one of the sons of Leong Chuey Tock and his first wife Chun See. It is believed that he went to school at Scotch College while he was in Melbourne. He married Norma (unknown maiden name) in Hong Kong in the 1920s-1930s. It is not known if they had children.
